Product Introduction
Diamond Wire Mesh (also known as “Chain Link Fence” or “Rhombus Mesh”) is a metal mesh formed by hooking wires into a diamond pattern. The yellow mesh is typically made of aluminum alloy or low-carbon steel with fluorocarbon coating or plastic coating, featuring bright colors and weather resistance, widely used in architectural decoration and protective fencing.
Materials and Technology
1.Main Materials:
●Aluminum Alloy (1100/3003 series): Lightweight (density ~2.7g/cm³), corrosion-resistant, with surface treatments like fluorocarbon coating or wood grain transfer.
●Stainless Steel (304/316L): High strength, heat-resistant (≤600℃), ideal for harsh environments (e.g., coastal buildings, chemical plants).
●Low-Carbon Steel Wire: Low-cost, requiring galvanizing, dip-coating, or spray-coating for corrosion resistance.
●PVC/PE-Coated Wire: Plastic-coated surface with various colors (yellow, green), combining rust resistance and decoration.
2.Weaving Technology:Formed by “hook weaving” with diamond-shaped apertures (angle ~60°–120°), density controlled by wire diameter and aperture size.
3.Common Surface Treatments: Fluorocarbon coating (lifespan >25 years), hot-dip galvanizing (rust resistance for 15 years), dip-coating (thickness 0.8–1.2mm).

1.Wire Diameter: 1.2–5.0mm (low-carbon steel); 1.0–3.0mm (aluminum alloy/stainless steel).
2.Aperture Size: 25mm×25mm to 100mm×100mm (customizable diamond aperture).
3.Mesh Width: 1–5m (roll form); 1–3m (sheet form).
4.Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥350MPa (low-carbon steel); ≥150MPa (aluminum alloy).
