Product Introduction

The Beige Diamond-Hole Expanded Metal Mesh is a metal grid formed by slitting and stretching metal sheets (brass, stainless steel, or alloy plates), featuring fine diamond-shaped holes and a beige-coated/oxidized finish. It integrates precision filtration, decoration, and protection, suitable for electronic, medical, and high-end decorative applications.

Manufacturing & Material

1.Process: High-precision CNC slitting equipment cuts micro-diamond slits (0.5–5 mm pitch) on metal sheets, followed by stretching to form continuous meshes (material utilization >95%). A beige powder coating (RAL 1013) or anodic oxidation (aluminum alloy) provides a 30–80 μm thick, dense, and wear-resistant film.

2.Common Materials:

●Brass (Cu-Zn Alloy): High antibacterial activity (>99% bacteria kill rate) and thermal conductivity (100–120 W/(m·K)), used in medical filtration (e.g., OR air purification nets);

●Stainless Steel (304/316L): High-temperature (≤600℃) and corrosion-resistant (acid-base environments), used in electronic device shields (e.g., server chassis filters);
