Usage Method

2.Grind Coffee Beans: Select coffee beans according to personal taste and brewing method, then use a grinder to grind them into a medium grind. The ideal grind size is similar to the texture of granulated sugar.
3.Add Coffee Grounds: Pour the ground coffee evenly into the filter cup, then tap the cup gently to level the surface of the coffee grounds and form a uniform coffee bed.
4.Water Pouring & Extraction: Slowly pour hot water starting from the center of the filter cup. First, add a small amount of water for blooming (blooming time is usually 30-60 seconds) to allow the coffee grounds to fully absorb water and release carbon dioxide. Then continue pouring water using the three-stage pouring method or another suitable method—control the pouring speed and water volume to ensure the coffee liquid drips through evenly.
5.Complete Extraction: Stop pouring water when the desired amount of coffee liquid has been extracted. Remove the filter cup from the coffee pot or mug, and a cup of delicious coffee is ready.
Maintenance
1.Clean Promptly: Clean the filter cup as soon as possible after use to prevent coffee grounds and oil residue from drying and hardening (which would increase cleaning difficulty). First, rinse off most coffee grounds with water, then use a soft cloth or brush dipped in neutral detergent to gently wipe the inner/outer walls of the cup and the filter screen.
2.Thorough Drying: After cleaning, dry the filter cup thoroughly. You can invert it in a well-ventilated area to air-dry naturally or wipe it dry with a clean towel—this prevents bacterial growth or rusting of the stainless steel due to residual water inside the cup.
3.Avoid Collisions: Although stainless steel is relatively sturdy, avoid colliding the filter cup with other hard objects to prevent deformation or damage (which would affect its normal use and extraction effect).
4.Regular Inspection: Regularly check whether the filter screen of the cup is clogged or damaged. If clogging is found, gently clean it with a soft brush; if the filter screen is damaged, replace it promptly to ensure the quality of coffee extraction.
