Product Introduction

The Green Diamond-Hole Expanded Metal Mesh is a metal grid formed by slitting and stretching metal sheets (low-carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum), featuring uniform diamond-shaped holes and a green PVC-coated/powder-coated finish. It integrates protection, greenery screening, and decoration, suitable for gardening, construction, and industrial applications.

Manufacturing & Material

1.Process: Metal sheets are slit into diamond patterns and stretched to form continuous meshes (material utilization >95%). A green PVC coating (200–300 μm thick) or powder coating (60–120 μm thick) provides weather resistance (-50℃ to 120℃) for outdoor use.

2.Common Materials:
