Product Introduction

The Beige Fine-Hole Expanded Metal Mesh is a metal grid formed by slitting and stretching metal sheets (304/316 stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or brass), featuring micro diamond-shaped holes and a beige-passivated/oxidized/powder-coated finish. It integrates precision filtration, decoration, and protection, suitable for electronic, medical, and high-end decorative applications.

Manufacturing & Material

1.Process: High-precision CNC slitting equipment cuts micro-diamond slits (0.5–3 mm pitch) on metal sheets, followed by stretching to form continuous meshes (material utilization >95%). A beige passivation (stainless steel), anodic oxidation (aluminum alloy), or powder coating (RAL 1013) provides a 30–80 μm thick, dense, and wear-resistant film.

2.Common Materials:

●304/316 Stainless Steel: High-temperature (≤600℃) and corrosion-resistant, used in electronic device shields (e.g., server chassis filters) and medical filtration (e.g., OR laminar flow nets);

●Aluminum Alloy (5052/6061): Lightweight (2.7 g/cm³) and easy to process, used in architectural decoration (e.g., luxury ceilings) and electronic component carriers;

●Brass (Cu-Zn Alloy): High antibacterial activity (>99% bacteria kill rate) and thermal conductivity, used in biological experiment sieves and medical equipment protection.

●Pitch & Strand Width: 0.5–3 mm pitch (distance between opposite sides of the diamond) and 0.1–0.5 mm strand width, with 50%–70% transparency for precision filtration (1–5 μm particle interception);

●Roll Supply: 0.3–1.2 m width, 10–30 m length, easy to cut on demand for small-area precision scenarios (e.g., laboratory fixture nets).
