Installation Requirements

Column installation: Generally, cement pouring pre embedded type is used, and the column should be kept straight and not skewed. For columns with specifications of 500500600mm (length, width, and depth), two hot-dip galvanized bolts with a diameter of 24mm are prefabricated at 150mm from each edge of the base. The bolts are 50mm higher than the base plane, and the bolt spacing is 200mm to match the bolt holes on the flange of the column.

Mesh connection: The frame and column are connected by bolt fixed edge ear type connection, and the edge ears are all 60606mm flat iron. The edge ear screw holes are adjustable, and the adjustment distance is not less than 20mm. The edge ear fixing bolts are 14mm * 50mm diameter full wire hot-dip galvanized safety bolts and nuts. Each mesh has at least 8 connection points on one side to ensure the firmness of the connection.

Overall requirements: The design of the isolation net requires overall coherence and consistency, with a square frame and diagonal error of no more than 2cm. The installation distance of the isolation net webpage from the ground is 5-8cm, and the frame net and the column are connected by bolt fixed edge ear connections. There are no less than six connection points between each side of the webpage and the column.
