The procession: the rigid plate is slited and then draw to different mesh hole by machine.
The common mesh shape is diamond, hexagonal, honeycomb etc
Surface finished: PVC covered, anodized to red, sliver,black colors.
The mainly uses:
1) PVC covered & anodized expanded mesh are used as grill of car
sizes: 5x10mm,7x12mm,8x16mm,10x20mm,8x25mm etc
Sheet: 1000x250mm,1200x30mm,1200x400mm, as customer's request
2)used for making air filters
sizes:5x10mm,8x10mm,7x12mm,10x20mm,12x25mm etc
3)used for decoration
sizes: 20x40mm,30x75mm,40x100mm,70x200mm etc
