1 UV polyester powder coating
--fence receives a powder coating over bare steel; offers good protection from weathering, but is somewhat vulnerable to moisture.
2 Pre-Galvanized +zinc phosphate +uv pe powder coating
--powder is applied to pre-galvanized tube; offers enhanced protection from all weathering.
3 Pre-Galvanized +zinc phosphate +zinc-rich epoxy coating +uv pe powder coating
--fence is constructed of pre-galvanized tube, coated with a base of epoxy, then topped with powder; this process offers three layers of protection from the elements.
4 Hot dip galvanizing +zinc phosphate +zinc-rich epoxy coating +uv pe powder coating
--steel is hot-dipped galvanized with pre-treatment (zinc phosphate), followed by a duplex cathodic electrocoat system consisting of an epoxy primer, which significantly increases corrosion protection, and a uv power topcoat, which provides the most protection from the elements.
